Genting is selling Maxims Casino Club in Kensington, W8, for around £40m.
It has instructed CBRE to market the property, which it has owned for 10 years.
It recently carried out a refurbishment of the property, which was originally built as a house in 1862 for the wealthy biographer John Foster.
The casino’s location in Kensington sets it apart from the majority of London high-end casinos, which are in Mayfair.
