Geosynthetics signs for 60,000 sq ft at Hinckley Park

Civil engineering products supplier Geosynthetics has signed a lease for 60,000 sq ft at IM Properties’ Hinckley Park scheme.

The move will consolidate three sites into a single facility.

Located next to Junction 1 on the M69, Hinckley Park is also occupied by DPD and Amazon.

Geosynthetics’ new facility will sit alongside a new 340,000 sq ft speculatively built warehouse and a 47,000 sq ft logistics development on phase three of the 18-acre scheme.

Tracy Woods, managing director at Geosynthetics, said: “Sustainability is central to our business and all our lives, so securing an industry-leading BREEAM Excellent, EPC A-rated building reflects our values and commitment to the future generations we’re looking to employ.”
