Gerald Eve has appointed Martin Foster as a partner to head up the firm’s Leeds office valuation team.
Foster has previously worked at Donaldsons, BNP Paribas Real Estate, Fawley Watson Booth and more recently Dacres Commercial, where he held the role of head of valuation and lease advisory. He has more than 30 years of experience in the field, specialising as a valuer in court proceedings, particularly in section 18(1) dilapidations valuations.
In his new role, Foster will focus on strengthening Gerald Eve’s lease exit national expertise, while providing support to the Leeds lease consultancy team.
