Gerald Eve has brought in Greg Carter as a new partner from Carter Jonas to boost its City of London agency capabilities.
In his new role Carter will focus on assisting occupiers in planning and implementing their property strategies, as well as providing consultancy and transactional advice.
Carter spent six years at Carter Jonas as a partner, having joined from Deloitte Real Estate in 2014. At Deloitte he was an assistant director for nearly seven years. Prior to this he was at Bidwells for more than three years.
Gerald Eve said the appointment was part of its plans to align with client requirements and the growing requirement from occupiers for advice as they reflect on their property needs in a post-Covid environment.
Carter said: “For many occupiers these are challenging times to navigate, requiring the very best advice, and Gerald Eve has a well-earned reputation for excellence in this field.”
