Gerald Eve has strengthened its development consultancy capabilities with two new hires from Deloitte Real Estate.
Adam Pappini is joining the firm as a partner from Deloitte Real Estate, where he was a director within its real estate advisory and development team and most recently was the lead commercial adviser to High Speed Two. He spent nine years at Deloitte, having joined from Drivers Jonas in 2010.
He is joined by Tom Marshall, who is to take on a senior associate role at Gerald Eve. Marshall was an assistant director at Deloitte within its real estate development team for three years.
These latest appointments follow the arrival of Hari Sothinathan as a partner earlier this year. He also joined from Deloitte, where he was a director.

Robert Fourt, partner at Gerald Eve, said: “Development consultancy is an area of growth for Gerald Eve, and we have been investing in talent to ensure our clients receive the very best in advice and service.
“The arrival of Adam and Tom further strengthen our market-leading capabilities, and their wide experience and expertise will help develop our multidisciplinary business in this field.”
