Gerald Eve is leading the EG Radius industrial rankings for London so far this year, having transacted 123,032 sq ft of space – more than 45,000 sq ft ahead of nearest rival Colliers International.
The agent’s lead has been helped by the letting of a 32,670 sq ft storage facility at Barlow Way in Rainham, east London. Sunbelt Rentals took the premises from Rainham Steel on a fully repairing and insuring lease at a rent of £98,000 pa, equating to £3 per sq ft.
The result was revealed by the EG Radius On-Demand Rankings, a new tool to provide a snapshot view of the latest commercial property deals and which agents are landing them across the UK.
