Swiss Re has appointed Gerald Eve to market the second floor of the Gherkin at 30 St Mary Axe, EC3.
The 13,500 sq ft floor has never been put on the market before – and is available on a lease at £67.50 per sq ft.
Isobel Parker, a senior surveyor at Gerald Eve, said: “This is a brand new floor that Swiss Re has never occupied and no longer requires for its own occupation.
