Gerald Eve has been appointed by Grant Thornton to sell the Palace Gate Casino in London’s Kensington.
The building, which is being sold out of receivership, was previously marketed by Savills. Grant Thornton was appointed as administrator for Coastbright Limited last year.
The Grade II* listed property previously operated as Maxims Casino Club.
Daniel Anning, partner at Gerald Eve, said the building has potential for refurbishment or alternative uses including residential, diplomatic, hotel or office schemes.
