Gerald Eve signs up German and Norweigan partners

Gerald Eve has strengthened its international alliance of independent real estate advisers with the addition of new partners in Germany and Norway.

Joining the alliance are Frankfurt-based Dr Lübke & Kelber, a 60-strong firm with five additional offices in Berlin, Dresden, Düsseldorf, Munich and Stuttgart. Specialising in both residential and commercial investment, the long-established firm’s clients include major international banks, insurance firms and pension funds, as well as international asset and investment managers.

Norwegian firm Tiger Eieindomskompetense (Tiger Property Consultants) is also joining. The company specialises in leasing and investment agency alongside corporate real estate advice across all commercial property sectors. The firm has offices in Oslo and Tromsø with 15 staff.

The two new partners bring the number of partners within Gerald Eve’s international alliance to 20, and follow the additions of Indian company Narains and Czech firm 108 AGENCY earlier in the year.

Simon Prichard, senior partner at Gerald Eve, said: “The international nature of real estate is dependant on investors, developers, financiers and occupiers having access to genuine local knowledge and understanding.”
