Gerald Eve strengthens Birmingham team with four new partners

Gerald Eve has appointed four new partners – from both Avison Young and Savills – to its Birmingham office. Adrian Griffith and George Jennings will drive forward the national office agency offering at Gerald Eve. Griffith was a principal at Avison Young for 21 years, while Jennings was a director at the firm.  Matt Jenns and Richard Fletcher-Brewer will lead the Midlands capital markets team, focusing on the commercial sectors. They join from Savills, where they were both directors. Julia Chowings, head of Gerald Eve’s Birmingham office, said: “It is great to add four new strings to our bow in Birmingham.
