A consortium of private German investors is believed to be buying a high-profile office building in San Francisco, for about $200m. The California Center at 345 California Street, is in the heart of the city’s financial district and tenants include Bloomberg and Charles Schwab & Co.
According to the San Francisco Business Times, Sunbelt Management Co, a Florida-based company that acts for the German investors is tipped to be buying the skyscraper.
Sunbelt already owns the NBC Tower in Chicago and the Bank of America skyscraper in Dallas.
