TD Trump Deutschland and the city of Stuttgart have signed the sale contract for the Fragsatten construction plot in Stuttgart.
The company is to pay in the region of £4.5m (DM14m) for the 6,000 sq m (64,585 sq ft) plot on Maybachstraße.
TD Trump Deutschland is planning to build the first German Trump Tower here, a luxury office and accommodation block.
