Get Living is looking to sell a land parcel in its East Village masterplan in Stratford, E20, for offers over £30m.
The N16 plot has planning permission for 504 student beds, 35% of which would be affordable, in two towers of 10 and 15 storeys.
EG understands Get Living has appointed Savills to advise on the sale of N16.
Get Living has partnered with the University of the Arts London and expects to allocate 50% of its student accommodation to London College of Fashion students.
The development will also offer internal and external amenity spaces, cycle parking and associated public realm.
The scheme received planning approval from the London Legacy Development Corporation in September 2023, along with the N18 and N19 buildings.
Together the three plots completed the final phase of the transformation of the former Olympic Village.
N18 and N19 have planning consent for 848 rental homes, ranging from studios to three bedrooms.
Australian superannuation fund Aware Super entered the UK BTR market earlier this year with the purchase of a 22% stake in Get Living. Aware Super joined Get Living’s other long-term institutional investors, APG and Door.
