GfK signs for 40,000 sq ft at 25 Canada Sq

German market research company GfK has taken a 40,000 sq ft lease at 25 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, E14, for its UK headquarters.

International mobile phone company Truphone and energy provider International Power, a subsidiary of GDF Suez, have also signed for 60,000 sq ft each at the building.

The General Pharmaceutical Council has taken 39,000 sq ft at the building, while cloud services platform Interoute Communications and software support business Rimini Street have recently signed for 40,000 sq ft and 3700 sq ft of office space respectively.

Existing tenants in the building include Lehman Brothers, Crossrail and Hatfield Philips.

Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of 25 Canada Square and DTZ has recently been appointed as joint agent.

JLL advised GfK and Interoute Communications; DTZ advised Truphone; Deloitte and Roberts Property Consultancy advised International Power; and Colliers advised Rimini Street Limited.
