Giggs and Neville secure MSE consent

old-Manchester-stock-exchange-THUMB.jpegRyan Giggs and Gary Neville have secured planning consent for the conversion of the former Stock Exchange building in Manchester into a 35-bedroom boutique hotel.

It will also include bars, a restaurant, function space and flexible event space.

The former Stock Exchange is Grade II listed, and the application was therefore accompanied by a listed building consent.

Zerum acted for former Manchester United footballers Giggs and Neville. The architect was AEW Architects.
