The Howard de Walden Estate has appointed Moorfield chief executive Marc Gilbard to its board as a non-executive director.
The landed estate, which owns swathes of London’s Marylebone, has also appointed a new finance director, Mark Kildea.
Prior to joining the Howard de Walden Estate, Kildea spent 16 years as group treasurer of Capital Shopping Centres, with specific responsibility for financing.
Gilbard joined Moorfield Group in 1996. Prior to Moorfield, he held senior positions at UBS Phillips & Drew, NatWest Markets and Goldman Sachs.
