Greene King is expected to announce its purchase today of Loch Fyne Restaurants from Hutton Collins.
The pub company is expected to convert about 20 of its pub sites to the seafood restaurant format.
Loch Fyne has 36 restaurants throughout Britain and about another six in the pipeline.
