IronFX Global UK has sublet its second floor office at Bevis Marks House, EC3.
GKFX Financial Services is to relocate from its West End base to the City after taking the 10,075 sq ft office for the remainder of the four-year lease, paying £40 per sq ft, with no rent-free period.
Michael Umfreville, associate director for central London leasing at BNP Paribas Real Estate, which advised IronFX Global UK, said: “We are seeing more and more tenants relocating from the West End to the City in search of lower rents and business rates.”
