Glasgow Airport Business Park hits 100% occupancy

Warehouse REIT’s Glasgow Airport Business Park in Paisley has reached full occupancy following a deal signed with All Access Training Services. The firm, which specialises in scaffolding training, will occupy Unit B, measuring 17,445 sq ft, on a 10-year lease. The space has been refurbished and planning has been secured for a change of use to incorporate the training-related element for the space. The park comprises a subdivided building which forms three facilities totalling 50,000 sq ft. The other occupiers on site are Fed Ex and Kuhene & Nagel.  Ross Sinclair, director at Savills Scotland, which advised Warehouse REIT, said: “The fact that the scheme is now fully let is testament to the demand for good quality modern industrial and logistics space across Scotland. Glasgow Airport Business Park is the ideal location for All Access Training Services, following its relocation from Hillington as the business continues its regional expansion.”
