Bett Developments and Catren Property Holdings have sold their Kinneil House office redevelopment at 243 West George Street, Glasgow, for over £4m to Mercury Property Fund.
The building is let at £11 per sq ft to Thorburn Associates; the purchase shows an initial return to the fund of 5.6%.
The developers were advised by Jones Lang Wootton, while Edward Erdman acted for the fund.
