Glasgow Harbour, one of the largest waterfront regeneration projects in the UK, will be ready next year.
The £500m, 127-acre (51.4ha) scheme will comprise residential, retail, leisure and commercial districts.
The Times says investors from the UK are looking to “push their money north”. Developers hope the Glasgow waterfront scheme will build on previous successes in the city.
