Manufacturer Ardagh Glass has signed a 10-year lease for a new London office at British Land’s 10 Portman Square , W1.
The subsidiary of Ardagh Group will take 10,250 sq ft on part of the first floor of the Jestico+Whiles-designed 113,700 sq ft West End block.
No rent was divulged, but previous deals at the property have gone for around £90 per sq ft.
James Danby, head of office leasing at British Land, said: “It is a testament to the quality of the building, its exceptional design and location, just a stone’s throw from Mayfair, that 10 Portman Square is nearly fully let, just a year after launch.”
