Glenbrook has strengthened its capabilities across investment, development, and finance with the appointment of four experts to the team.
Olivia McDowell has joined as senior asset manager, Caroline Ruffell and Ben Simpson have both been appointed as design managers, and Laura Harrison has been hired as accounts assistant.
McDowell will support Glenbrook’s growing portfolio, driving existing strategies, as well as identifying new asset management and investment opportunities as the business continues to expand its pipeline.
Ruffell will oversee the design and delivery of projects across Glenbrook’s residential and commercial developments, while Simpson will support the delivery of schemes through all stages of the development lifecycle.
Guy Butler, director at Glenbrook, said: “This marks the latest step in our ongoing growth strategy and reflects the continued momentum across its investment and development activities. Attracting top talent is central to our success, and each of these appointments reflects our ambition and commitment to delivering best-in-class developments.”
