Global Mutual has created two new roles to drive its business – promoting one of its principals to fill one and hiring from Goldman Sachs for the other.
The asset manager has promoted Ritchie Gardiner to managing director, five years after he joined the company. He will work alongside Mark Carrington (pictured above), formerly head of UK real estate asset management in Goldman Sachs’ merchant banking division, who joins the company as MD this week.
Global Mutual, which manages £5bn of assets across Europe and the US, will task the new MDs with leading an expansion of the portfolio and client base.
