GLP signs tenant for Magna Park Corby

Logistics operator Bleckmann has signed a lease at GLP’s new 1.3m sq ft logistics and supply chain hub at Magna Park Corby. It will occupy the 587,662 sq ft MPC3 unit. Bleckmann also occupies two buildings at GLP’s Magna Park Lutterworth, bringing its total occupied space to more than 965,000 sq ft. MPC3 has a clear eaves height of 18m, two 50m-wide secure service yards and has obtained BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A+ ratings. James Atkinson, development director at GLP, said: “Magna Park Corby’s importance as a logistics hub is strengthened by this significant agreement with Bleckmann. “Its decision to establish a presence at Magna Park Corby recognises the UK as being a crucial growth market for its business. We continue to see strong demand for modern best-in-class, sustainable logistics warehouses and are delighted to see Magna Park Corby continuing to grow.”
