CBRE executive director Dan Roberts and Jones Lang LaSalle regional director Sam Boreham are to join niche City firm GM Real Estate.
The pair join will join GM as partners alongside Tony Gibbon, Tony McCurley, Neal Scambler, Thurstan Guthrie-Brown and Rupert Williams, adding weight to the firm’s leasing capabilities.
The appointment follows a raft of high-profile City moves in recent months, including Digby Flower and Andrew Parker, who left CBRE for Cushman & Wakefield at the start of the year, and Chris Vydra, who was poached by CBRE from Knight Frank.
