AMEC and United Utilities have won consent for 200,000 sq ft of offices at their 100-acre Lingley Mere Business Park in Warrington.
The consent includes detailed permission for 50,000 sq ft of offices in four office buildings of 6,000 sq ft, 8,000 sq ft, 12,000 sq ft and 24,000 sq ft respectively.
Work on site will begin in January 2005, with completion expected in the spring.
The park has capacity for up to 1m sq ft of offices and business space.
The park already comprises 380,000 sq ft with tenants including Vertex, Montgomery Watson and United Utilities.
