Alaska Property Group has won outline consent for the second phase of its £30m Shrewsbury Business Park in Shropshire.
This phase will include 161,450 sq ft of new office space on the 12 acre site. Designed by architect DGA, the plans include 17 new units arranged around a new road, to be called ‘Anchorage Avenue.’
The first phase of the business park includes the same amount of space – 161,450 sq ft – and was built in 2001. Existing tenants include Handelsbanken, NFU and Hilton Hotels.
Shrewsbury Business Park is located south east of Shrewsbury town centre on the junction of the A5 bypass and the B4380, near to Emstrey.
