Manchester Arndale shopping centre has signed camping retailer Go Outdoors as its latest tenant.
It will open a 21,565 sq ft store on a 10-year lease at the shopping mall.
M&G Real Estate and Global Mutual act as joint asset managers of Manchester Arndale and New Cathedral Street while Metis Real Estate and Time Retail Partners are the centre’s retained letting agents, with Green & Partners retained lease advisory agents.
Steve Gray, head of European retail asset management at Global Mutual, said: “Having a strong mix of brands is crucial to our mission of maintaining our status as the North West’s leading retail destination. Go Outdoors is a brand which will strengthen our reputation as the go-to shopping destination for the region.”
