Global Christian television network God TV has bought a former Land Registry archive store in Plymouth as its UK production facility.
God TV parent company Angel Foundation has agreed to buy the 82,000 sq ft vacant Drakes Hill Court for an undisclosed sum.
It was marketed for £1.5m. The 3.2-acre site includes three buildings of up to three storeys. Vickery Holman advised the Land Registry; Listers Property Consultants acted for Angel Foundation.
