Developer and investor Godwin Group has opened an office in London.
Based in Mayfair, the office will provide the company with access to the capital’s financial network and wealth-raising opportunities for Godwin Capital, the investment arm of the business.
Godwin Group already has offices in Nottingham and Birmingham.
Andrew Mitchell, group investment director at Godwin Group, said: “As a leading international financial centre, London is a key location for Godwin Capital to enhance its corporate profile, provide expansion opportunities and access to one of the world’s deepest pools of capital.”
He added that the new office would also allow the business to tap into the key players in the build-to-rent sector, which are mainly based in London.
