Goldman Sachs is believed to have appointed BH2 to advise it on a sale and leaseback of Peterborough Court, in Fleet Street, in the City of London.
A deal would be expected to raise £250m-£300m.
The Wall Street investment bank is believed to have taken full control of the building in January.
