Asif Aziz’s Golfrate Properties has sold the freehold of 368/374 Holloway Road, N7, to Danish fund Habro Gruppen for £7.7m a 3.08% initial yield.
The 29,000 sq ft property is let to Argos Distribution, with 75 years remaining, and generates £250,000 pa. Nelson Bakewell acted for Golfrate, James Lindley Associates for Habro.
