Goodman has bought Kühne +Nagel’s logistics portfolio for €225m, an 8% yield, beating Citigroup.
The German logistics firm brought the 21-asset portfolio to market last summer at €250m.
And Gazeley has sold two assets from its €170m pan-European Orbis portfolio to ING for €40m, reflecting a low 6% yield. The sale of the 12-asset portfolio collapsed last year after Invesco pulled out. Gazeley is still selling the remaining ten assets.
CBRE advised Kühne+Nagel and JLL is advising Gazeley.
