Goodman Property Investors is to enter the Nordic market for the first time this year, for its European Logistics Fund.
The group is looking for assets in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Odense, having recently received investor approval to invest in the region with the €1.5bn fund.
Michael O’Sullivan, chief executive of Europe for Goodmans, said the company would allocate 5% of the fund to the region.
“The Nordic market is a stable market with good demographics and growth,” he said.
“The diversification will help the portfolio. We are looking for areas of land where we can build, as opposed to already developed buildings.”
