Build-to-rent operator and developer Goodstone Living has appointed Iliya Blazic to the new role of chief executive.
Blazic’s role will focus on working with executive shareholders Darryl Flay and Martin Bellinger, in partnering with institutional investors to deliver BTR across the UK. He will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the business and report to the board of directors.
Blazic has previously held senior positions including managing director at Dominvs, chief investment officer at IQ Student, and roles at Wellcome Trust and LaSalle Investment Management.
