Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey is cooking up a deal to sell a 50% stake in his restaurant empire, valuing the company at £80m.
Ramsey hopes to fund an expansion of a business which includes Bread Street Kitchen in the City and his Chelsea flagship.
Last year Kavalake, the holding company for the restaurants, delivered earnings before tax, interest and other charges of £5, on sales of nearly £45m.
