Law firm Gouldens has created two new partners in its property department, bringing the total number of partners at the firm to 36.
Mark Emerson and Anthony Manning trained and qualified at Gouldens. Emerson advises on property issues and Manning specialises in development work.
Gouldens now has nine property partners. Clients include Pillar, Arlington Securities, the Burford Group and Ashtenne Holdings. Last year the firm advised Pillar on the purchase and pre-let of Chistchurch Court in the City of London and on the Project Hercules retail park project.
