The Tories have lambasted the government for limiting the time given to debate a Bill on the future of the English regions.
Eric Forth, shadow leader of the House, criticised the three-hour timetable to discuss the Regional Assemblies (Preparations) Bill.
He complained there was too little time to debate all the amendments.
