Goyard bags first London store

  Luxury luggage retailer Maison Goyard of Paris, favoured by former Baywatch beauty Carmen Electra (pictured) will make its UK debut at 116 Mount Street, W1.   It has paid a premium of more than £650,000 for the 900 sq ft shop.   The lease, which expires in 2015, was assigned from the Pullman Gallery.   The zone A rent at the shop is around £260 per sq ft.
