Great Portland Estates has let 15,725 sq ft at its recently completed 30 Broadwick Street, W1.
These lettings will generate a combined annual rent of £1.2m, 9.9% ahead of its March 2016 estimated rental value.
After a prelet to the Ivy Soho Brasserie last June, the remaining 8,900 sq ft has been let to October’s Very Own, Nespresso and Bobbi Brown, at a combined rent of £437,500.
Exponent Private Equity has let 6,825 sq ft of office space on an annual rent of £750,750, equating to £110 per sq ft.
The building is now 68% occupied.
