Toby Courtauld’s Great Portland Estates has boosted its development pipeline from two to five schemes covering 725,000 sq ft over the quarter.
In its Q1 update the firm said it expects a 20.7% profit on costs from its on-site schemes which include the £500m mixed-use redevelopment at Rathbone Place, W1 (pictured).
The other four schemes are the 60,300 sq ft Walmar House, W1, a 12-storey office at 12/14 New Fetter Lane, EC4, a 92,000 sq ft office at St Lawrence House, W1, and 18,600 sq ft of offsite residential at 78/82 Great Portland Street, W1.
