Retail and leisure agency Lunson Mitchenall has promoted two former graduates to equity director.
Head of restaurants and leisure Ruvan Sangra (pictured above, left) and leasing director Charlie Jacks (right) joined Lunson Mitchenall as graduates and have since worked their way up within the business. Jacks joined in 2010 and Sangra in 2012.
Lunson Mitchenall said the promotions were a testament to the firm’s dedication to its graduate scheme.
Joint managing partner Neil Hockin said: “The firm’s dynamic work environment, combining experienced professionals with fresh talent, fosters a collaborative and vibrant culture, helping us to attract and retain industry-leading professionals. These recent promotions reassert our dedication to rewarding these individuals’ invaluable contributions to both the business and our client base, which includes some of the UK’s more prominent retail and leisure destinations and operators.
“It has been great to witness the growth of the team members who joined us as graduates and continue to provide unique insight and expertise to our clients as part of our senior team.”
Elsewhere in the business, Andrew Edgeworth (pictured above, centre) has been promoted to director in the lease advisory team.
