A C-listed hotel in the Angus countryside has been put on the market for the first time in more than 40 years.
The Rosely Country House Hotel on the outskirts of Arbroath is being marketed by Graham + Sibbald with a price tag of around £1.4m for the heritable interest.
The 14-bedroom baronial-style hotel with orangery sits within a picturesque four-acre plot a short distance from the Royal Marines Condor base and Carnoustie golf course.
The same family has owned the property for 44 years, with the family members running the hotel now nearing retirement.
