Grainger’s managing director for UK residential, Andrew Pratt, is leaving the business at the end of the year.
Pratt joined the residential landlord in 2007, having previously worked at Teesland.
Grainger confirmed that Pratt will be leaving on 31 December to pursue a range of opportunities in the UK residential market through his own consultancy business and a number of non-executive directorships.
Andrew Cunningham, chief executive of Grainger, said: “I would like to thank Andrew for the contribution he has made to the company in a challenging period for the UK property market and an important phase in Grainger’s development.
“Andrew’s knowledge and contacts in the residential sector have proved invaluable to Grainger over recent years and we wish him every success with his future projects.”
