Grainger has bought HI Tricomm Holdings from Invista Castle for £18.5m.
HI Tricomm indirectly owns 317 freehold houses around the Bristol and Portsmouth areas. The houses were built for senior Ministry of Defence personnel and are let to the MOD until 2028.
