Listed build-to-rent specialist Grainger has taken 11,726 sq ft on the third floor of 3 More London Riverside, SE1, in a subletting from law firm Norton Rose Fulbright.
Grainger’s 10-year lease ends in July 2033. The Newcastle-headquartered company is paying £60 per sq ft and is moving from its nearby office at 1 London Bridge, SE1.
Norton Rose Fulbright – then known as Norton Rose – revealed plans to prelet 300,000 sq ft at the building back in 2004. It has since sublet space to tenants including Evaluate Pharma and travel benefits and insurance firm Collinson Group.
A Grainger spokesperson told EG: “We are pleased to confirm that we have agreed an excellent new London office space. In line with our commitment to leading the way and being a best-in-class employer, our intended move is designed to provide modern, high-quality space, with better environmental performance, for colleagues to enjoy.”
Grainger was advised by CBRE.
