Grand Metropolitan has sublet the 1,064sq m (11,450sq ft) Regency House, Market Street, Bracknell in Berkshire, to First Softwear UK, a management buyout of Oracle’s local government business.
Grand Met is believed to be responsible to landlord Scottish Widows for a 25 year lease from 1989 and a rent of £200,000 pa. The new 10 year sublease to First Softwear is thought to reflect an asking rent of £102.26 per sq m (£ 9.50 per sq ft).
