English Partnerships is granting £6m towards a new a Swallow Hotel in Queen Square, Liverpool. Half of funding is coming from European Regional Development Fund.
The four star hotel is a focal point of Neptune Development’s £90m Queen Square regeneration. Now that a funding agreement is in place work will start on site shortly.
EP is also investing £2m in North Western Hall and a similar amount in the refurbishment of Victoria Exchange.
