Grantchester has paid P&O Group subsidiary CCL £6.7m for Withybush Retail Park in Haverfordwest, Dyfed, in the first deal since the company floated last month.
The 7,966 sq m (85,753 sq ft) development is let to tenants including Do It All, Kwik Save, Comet, Carpetrite, MFI and CBX Bowl. The deal reflects an 8.2% yield.
Withybush has planning consent for a further 464 sq m (5,000 sq ft) of A1 development.
Savills advised P&O while Colliers Erdman Lewis represented Grantchester.
